Teresa Jones

Teresa Anne Jones passed away Wednesday, March 19, 2008, at an Arlington hospital. She was known for her great wit and humor. Memorial service: 11 a.m. Monday at Blessing Funeral Home in Mansfield. Interment: Private in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Teresa was born March 6, 1948, in Fort Worth to David Ray and Ethel Clayton Rickard. She was preceded in death by her mother and father. Survivors: Teresa will be greatly missed by her loving husband of 41 years, Herb Jones of Arlington; son, Chris and wife, Gini, of Fort Worth; daughter, Dana Powell of Arlington; grandchildren, Renee Toben, Michele Keller, Christian Powell, C.J. and Alexis Flowers, and Jadyn Jones; brothers, Ron Rickard and wife, Myra, of Kennedale, David Rickard and wife, Mary, of Crowley; sisters, Joyce Hatch and husband, Jay, of Cleburne, and Denise Edington of Vanceburg, Ky.; and a host of nieces and nephews.
