Corinth, MS Travis Lee Wylie, 66 of Corinth, MS formerly of Denton passed away on Friday, June 20, 2008 at Magnolia Regional Health Center. He was born on November 27, 1941 in McKinney to Ralph and Dorothy Wylie. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He attendee the Church of the Nazarene in Texas. He moved to Corinth, MS in 2002 after spending most of his life in Denton. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed gardening. He was a retired fitter welder with Peerless Manufacturing Company. He is survived by his wife Dorothy I. (Fowler) Wylie of Corinth, MS, son, Phillip Wylie and wife Tiffany of Carrollton, granddaughter Jordan Wylie of Carrollton, one brother Ralph Wylie of Royse City, three sisters, Nancy Cooper of Denton, Dorthy K. Wylie and Judy Agado both of Sanger, sisters-in-law, Billie Sue Harden and husband Bill, Diane Wood, and Marilyn Albrecht, brothers-in-law, Jessie Fowler and wife Sue, William Wayne Fowler and wife Lisa and Keith Fowler. He is preceded in death by his parents, two sons, Gary Wylie and Travis Wylie, Jr., two brothers-in-law, Junior Lee Red Fowler and Jack Wood.
