He was born in Vientlane, Laos on July 27, 1959 to Phay Keohavong and Nam Keohavong. He leaves behind his daughter: Malina Mathouchann; son: Mandaria Inthalansy, both living in San Diego, CA. and wife: Khamtdun Mathouchanh.
