FORT WORTH -- Vivian Ann Graves, 57, passed away Friday, Oct. 23, 2015, at her home surrounded by her family. Service: 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 31, at Abundant Living Worship Center, 4708 Old Mansfield Road. Interment: The Garden of Love in Cedar Hill Memorial Park. Wake: 7 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Survivors: Beloved parents, Vivian and John "Jack" Meadows; a host of relatives; and many friends.
