Walker Gillum

Walker Eugene Gillum, 83 of Denton, passed away on Thursday, July 31, 2008. He was born on November 13, 1924. He married Mary Coulston. He was retired from the United States Army from the Army Intelligence unit, and later retired from J.C. Penney. He is survived by his wife Mary, daughters, Debra Walker and husband Scott of Palestine, and Teresa Hudson and husband Billy of Weatherford, grandchildren, Clint and Jennifer Worthey of Celina, Jennifer and Jody Wilson of Rosston, Rickey and Angie Metcalf of Sherman, and Ryan and Christy Worthey of Celina, great-grandchildren, Jocelyn, Megan, Kailee and Caden Worthey of Celina, Joshua and Julie Metcalf of Sherman and Cartman Wilson of Rosston. He is also survived by one brother Robert Snooks Gillum and wife Pat of Denton. He is preceded in death by his parents, George Walker Gillum and Nettie Carrus Martin and daughter Barbara Lynn Gillum.
