Walter Robert Kelly, Jr., 83, passed away March 28, 2013. Family visitation will be held from 3-5pm Monday, April 1, 2013 at Lucas Funeral Home in Keller, Texas. Walter was born December 10, 1929 in Kearny, New Jersey to Walter Robert Kelly, Sr. and Bessie Duda. He is survived by two daughters, two sons, nine grandchildren, one sister, and one brother.
