William "Bill" Crouch,

William Thomas "Bill" Crouch Jr., 71, of Alvarado, Texas, passed away at 2:15 P.M. on Wednesday, December 9, 2009, in Methodist Medical Center of Mansfield. Bill was born in Dallas, Texas on February 14, 1938, the son of William Thomas Crouch, Sr. and Mamie Willis Crouch. He was a dairy farmer and after retirement became an antique furniture restorer and dealer. Survivors include his Wife, Gayle Reeves Crouch of Alvarado; children, Donna Crouch Sharp and husband, Nicholas, and Bill Crouch and wife, Lisa, all of Murphy, North Carolina; grandson, Cody Tepas of Murphy, North Carolina; stepdaughter, Wendy Boyd and husband Brax of Arlington; stepsons, David Johnson of Alvarado, Jason Johnson and wife, Misty, of Bedford; seven grandchildren; brothers, Mike Crouch of Winnsboro, Joe Crouch and wife, Monica, of Sulphur Springs, and Tom Crouch and wife, Sally, of Itasca; sister, Suzzi Marquis and husband, Bill, of Tustin, California; brother-in-law, Jerry Reeves and wife, Joan, of Arlington; stepmother, Durene McDonald and husband, John, of Whitney; aunt, Joan Windmiller, M.D., of Itasca; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, W.T. and Mamie Crouch; sister, Molly Crouch Anderson; and aunt, Catherine Willis, M.D. The family request that memorials be made to the First United Methodist Church of Alvarado, Good Samaritan Fund.
