William White

William Garland White, 82, of Mansfield, Texas, passed away at 1:57 A.M. on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 in the Methodist Medical Center of Mansfield. Bill was born in Terrell, Oklahoma on July 9, 1928, the son of Leonard F. White and Dolly Jackson White. After graduating high school, he served in the United States Navy. On July 20, 1953, William married Lou Alice Miller in Snyder, Texas. Mr. White was an owner of a petroleum business and a longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Mansfield. Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Lou White; two sons, Macx White and wife Marelis and Michie White and wife Carole; one daughter, Maribeth Miller and husband Robert; grandchildren, Brodie White, Corey & Amber White, Casey White, Ryan Mickey White, Kelsey Sales, Callie White, Seth White, Christine Leaderer, Alissa Leaderer and Clementine Miller.
