RICHLAND HILLS -- William Foster Williams, 76, passed away Tuesday, July 10, 2012, at a local health center. William was preceded in death by his parents, Foster H. Williams and Rosemary Baumler Williams; and brother, Charles F. Williams. Survivors: Catherine C. Williams; son, William M. Williams; daughter, Patricia Williams Baughman and husband, William; sisters, Mary Lou Blanchard, Kathy Boulais; grandchildren, Julie Baughman Clay and husband, Ryan, Jennifer Baughman Towry and husband, Anthony; great-grandson, Matthew Ryan Clay; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family; and friends.
