Yeyo Higa, 18, of Denton passed away on Monday, November 3, 2008 in Dallas. He was born on July 2, 1990 in Denton to Yeyo and Veronica Higa. A Rosary will be read on Friday, November 7, 2008 at 7pm at Denton Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Saturday, November 8, 2008 at 9am at the St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Pilot Point, TX. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Denton. Father Popo Gonzalez will officiate.Survivors include his mother, Veronica of Denton; father, Yeyo of Mexico; grandparents, Jose and Elena Higa of Mexico, and Ramon and Estella Carrasco of Corinth; brother, Joseph Ray Carrasco of Denton; sister, Uhsi Marie Higa of Denton; cousins, Krystale, Yvette, and Sergio Tofollo of Mesquite.Services are under the direction of Denton Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
